What's up Faculteit Wetenschappen (English below)
Het academiejaar vliegt voorbij en wij vliegen mee, we zitten al aan AV twee...
In tussentijd zaten we niet stil en zijn er heel wat interessante updates; wat gebeurt er met de ijkingstoetsen, hoe gaat de puntenherschaling bij Erasmus misschien veranderen? Al deze topics worden nu besproken en wij als studenten kunnen hier onze zeg over doen, maar dan hebben we jouw input nodig.
Ook verdiepen we ons deze Vergadering wat meer in vertegenwoordiging voor Internationale Studenten én beginnen we terug met de organisatie van de BLOK@S5 en BLOK@Ledeganck. Daarom kan jij je kandidaat stellen als bestuurder Internationaal of bibverantwoordelijke!

Heb jij een probleem met één van je vakken, zoals een heel brakke cursus, een prof die te laat komt in hun eigen lessen...? Zijn er andere zaken die écht niet ok zijn tijdens de lessen? Ook daarvoor kan je bij ons terecht, op de AV of per mail.
We verwelkomen je graag op woensdag 30 oktober om 18u30 in de Lounge@S5, je inschrijven kan je hier, en de voorbereidende documenten hier. De AV zal deze keer in het Nederlands gehouden worden en duurt tot ca. 21u, je kan de AV ook deels volgen. Om knorrende maagjes tegen te gaan zijn er ook snacks, drankjes en croques.

What's up Faculty of Science
The academic year flies by and we are flying along, we are already at GA two...
In the meantime, we did not sit still and there are a lot of interesting updates; what is happening with the entrance tests, how is the grading scale at Erasmus going to change? All these topics are being discussed now and we as students can have our say on this, but then we need your input.
This General Assembly will also focus on representation for international students and we will start organising the BLOK@S5 and BLOK@Ledeganck again. That is why you can put yourself forward as director International affairs or library manager (Dutch knowledge required for the latter)!
Interested? Send in your candidacy for the desired position before 29/10. More information here.
Do you have a problem with one of your courses; such as absent coursebooks, a professor who is late in their own classes...? Are there other things that are really not ok during class? You can contact us for those too, at the GA or via e-mail.
We welcome you on Wednesday 30 October at 18h30 in the Lounge@S5, you can register here, and you can find all the documents here. The AV will be held in Dutch this time, and will last until 21h, you can also partly follow the AV. To prevent growling stomachs, there will also be snacks, drinks and sandwiches.
